Linda specialises in helping busy Darwin locals with neck, shoulder and lower‑back pain, as well as people who simply need to switch off and relax. Linda grew up in the Lanna region of northern Thailand, where massage is a normal part of daily life and family care. She has been practising massage for over 20 years, starting in Thailand before moving to Australia, so she brings deep experience to every treatment.

In 2003, Linda completed formal Thai massage certifications at Wat Pho in Bangkok, one of Thailand’s most respected traditional massage schools. To complement her traditional training, she achieved an Australian Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2023, giving her a strong understanding of anatomy, injury and pain conditions from both Eastern and Western perspectives.

As an approved health fund provider, Linda can offer remedial treatments that may be eligible for health fund rebates (depending on your cover). This is especially helpful if you’re managing ongoing pain or tension and want regular, professional treatment rather than a one‑off massage.

In each session, Linda combines firm Thai pressure, stretching and joint movements with soothing oil massage and optional hot stones to target your problem areas and help your whole body relax. She always checks your history, explains what to expect and adjusts the pressure from very gentle to very strong, depending on your comfort.
